Community Standards

The principles we ask everyone to hold.

Tunnel is built on shared agreements. They are short, deliberate, and not negotiable.

Children’s safety comes first.

Always, and without exception. If a situation feels unsafe, end it and tell us.

Care is relationship-based.

We build long, steady relationships. We don’t optimize for hours, transactions, or speed.

Communication is respectful.

Honest, kind, and direct. Disagreement is welcome; cruelty is not.

Caregivers and families deserve mutual respect.

No hierarchies of dignity. Care is professional work and a deeply human one.

Privacy matters.

Tunnel does not display profiles publicly. Members protect each other’s information the same way.

Long-term trust matters.

Show up. Be honest about what you can hold. Adjust together when life shifts.

By being part of Tunnel, you agree to hold these alongside us.
